Race #5 - Solana Beach - August 17, 2008

Race #5 takes place at Fletcher Cove in Solana Beach. The course features the swim/run format. Participants will start off with a 1000m swim, followed by a 2 loop 5k run. Participants doing only the 5k run will do a 2 loop course.

Optional packet pickup/ will be on Saturday, August 16, 2008 @ B&L Bike + Sports (time TBD). So if you want to beat the lines, buy some race gear, head on over to B&L in Solana Beach (M-F 10am-6pm; Sat 8am-6pm; Sun 10am-4pm

All pre-registered athletes must check in by 8:30am. Slots may be redistributed to other athletes (pending a sell out) - so please arrive early!

The race site is located at Fletcher Cove, which is just east of 5 and Lomas Santa Fe Dr. There are 2 parking lots in close proximity to the race site. The main lot is located right where Lomas Santa Fe Dr. ends at the beach. The second lot is located just across the street. Both are within walking distance of the race site.
