The 2008 Zoot Playa del Run Aquathlon (swim/run) & 5k Run series - all summer long!

The 6 event series has stops in some of the top cities along the Southern California Coast. We guarantee some "friendly" competition, great beginner clinics, and a post event party that'll knock your socks off. Participants can choose between an open water swim, or 5k run, or combine both into an Aquathlon. Points will be awarded for the top finishers at each event. At the end of the season, we'll award the King and Queen of the Beach Awards. Check out the site often as we'll be adding updates weekly.

Don't be fooled, the race is not Sunday - it's this Saturday the 19th! Be there by 8:45am to parktake in the festivities!

06.29.08 - Team USA dominates ITU Worlds!
Team USA dominated the 2008 ITU World Aquathlon Championships held on June 28th by capturing 27 medals in the steaming desert heat of Monterrey, Mexico. The American women brought home 12 gold, silver and bronze medals, while the men earned 15 podium finishes. Click here to read the Press Release!

Just got word that Olympic athlete (and Ironman champion) Michellie Jones will be speaking at Fleet Feet Laguna Niguel on Saturday, June 7 at 2pm.
