Race #3 takes place at Bolsa Chica
State Beach just 4 miles north of Huntington
Beach The course features the swim/run format. Participants
will start off with a 1000m swim, and finish with a
5k run. Participants doing only the 5k run will do a
1 loop course. This race is open to everyone - you don't have to be a 'National' competitor to come out, race and have a some fun. :)

site! Note: this is a USAT event, so you must bring a Picture ID and your USAT card to registration. If you do not have a USAT card you will need to pay $10.00 for a one day membership.
USAT National Aquathlon Championships
This event is Nationals! Which means fast and fun. But it also means there is information and rules that everyone needs to know about.
• First, the top 6 in each age group qualify for Aquathlon Worlds taking place in Monterrey, Mexico.
• Yes, wetsuits are allowed.
• Yes, there will be USAT officials at the event.
• Yes, anyone can enter - you don't need to be the fastest to do this event. It is a qualifier, but we encourage everyone to participate.
